VeriShow 4.3 | Release Notes

We just released VeriShow 4.3. This new release includes significant improvements to the chat, availability of chat transcript, improved usability when sharing content and more!

Attractive and more user-friendly chat

In our efforts to improve the look and feel of the product and user experience, the follow is now available:

• New look and feel! The chat now consists of the popular balloon-style chat
• Ability to upload the agent’s picture – available in chat and when using Audio
• Ability to save, email or print the chat by either the agent or visitor
• Agent can access the chat transcript in the Session History section of the VeriShow account (Account Activity > Session History)

* Please note that if you uploaded an agent profile photo in the past, you may want to review it again for improved look and feel. The new size recommendation is 150x150px.

Automatic expansion of visitor’s window when sharing content

To provide improved usability, in all new accounts we now removed the ‘Share content area’ button that was used to expand the visitor’s window in order to show content. VeriShow now expands the window automatically when launching any of the applications. If you are an existing account owner and interested in enabling this update on your account, please contact us.

Additional improvements in this release included bug fixing and optimization of the recently released updated Website Visitor’s page.
