It’s easy to begin, but sometimes it helps to have step-by-step guidance the first time you try something new. With that in mind, we’ve pulled together some quick tips to help users achieve success from their first VeriShow sessions with their own prospects.

Our Getting Started Guide covers everything from detailed log-in instructions to embedding the VeriShow call button and personalizing account features. We walk you through the processes of uploading documents and videos, starting sessions with prospects, accepting calls and inviting participants, video conferencing, and using all the VeriShow applications.

Once you begin, you’ll find that VeriShow lets your e-sales and e-service agents interact with visitors in real time using integrated text, audio, video and phone.  It also provides a host of collaborative tools, such as a live video feed and document, image and product-video sharing.  Moreover, e-sales and e-service agents can annotate the images, files and video for visitors, highlighting features that may have been of particular interest to them.  Conversely, visitors can use the annotation features to highlight their questions.
