As September comes to a close, we scanned the social networking platform for Tweets that will show you how stellar customer service can affect customer perception, and hopefully endorsement, of your company.

We see a trend in companies being recognized for great customer service if they employ on-site customer service in the form of chat. Can you imagine your customers’ delight if they are able to interact with you via multimedia live chat?
