VeriShow 6.5 covers various issues that we identified or reported by customers.

Bugs, fixes and enhancements

We addressed the following issues:

  • Initial connection speed between agent and customer has been significantly improved
  • There were some instances where the Answer button in Website Visitors flashed even after call was answered
  • At times, mobile users were identified as desktop users
  • When reaching the maximum number of characters in chat, the text could not be deleted
  • In certain scenarios, the chat window would close if the customer navigated to another page
  • Phone number character validation has been improved (no letters can now be entered)
