At the heart of VeriShow’s multimedia collaboration is the real-time nature of the platform. When your customers need assistance with purchasing decisions or product use, they don’t want to wait. That’s part of the reason why the VeriShow Dashboard is so essential.

The dashboard, which is installed on your desktop, allows you to remain online and available for your customers whenever they click on the VeriShow call button on your website. The desktop version of VeriShow allows you to quickly login, open sessions and be available for participants to join your sessions, without the need for a Web browser.

We just released a new version of the dashboard. It includes important improvements related to compatibility with computer hibernation, improved handling of communication errors, and bug fixing. Before installing the new version, please uninstall the old version called “VerishowDashboard.” To install the new version, log in, go to Account Admin > VeriShow Dashboard and install the Dashboard. Then, use as usual.
