When HBR Labs was founded in 2007, our goal was to develop and market easy-to-use, intuitive and affordable Web-based solutions. VeriShow grew out of that ambition, and today, it’s obvious that these two entities are synergistically linked.
HBR Labs’ new website embodies the principles of customer-focused service, which we tout at VeriShow. Its pages are customer-centric, focusing more on what users need than on what the company has built. It’s clear from the home page and all through the site that HBR Labs and its companies understand customer problems and how to solve them.
Website visitors can scroll down or click through to find the information they need, and of course, there is a prominent “live expert” link that leads to real-time, multimedia collaboration from VeriShow.
