I was combing the thesaurus for the best word to describe VeriShow and I found on it on the following blog http://meri.posterous.com/virtual-meetings-are-a-cinch-so-why-arent-you. The blog’s author – Meri Aaron Walker, is right one with the word. Cinch. Meri Posts 5 common excuses people have about using a Virtual Meeting utility. Well Meri, I am going to answer these excuses 1 by 1.
1) I can’t believe it’s actually that easy – there must be a catch. – IT IS THAT EASY
2) I don’t want to be chained to a desk on a computer. – IF YOUR CLIENT IS 500 MILES AWAY, WOULD YOU RATHER BE CHAINED TO AN STUFFY AIRLINE SEAT?
3) I hate the way I look on a webcam. WEBCAMS HAVE COME A LONG WAY! MY TIP, TURN ON THE LIGHTS!
4) I don’t want my privacy invaded all the time. VIRTUAL MEETINGS DO NOT INVADE YOUR PRIVACY, YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF THE INTERACTION, WHO SEES WHAT, WHO SAYS WHAT, THEY ARE FAR MORE CONTROLLABLE THEN FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS
5) To use virtual meetings with my clients, I’d have to change so many things about the way I do business … and I don’t have time to do that right now. – NOT TRUE, ESP WITH SaaS, VIRTUAL MEETINGS ARE A CINCH!!!
